September 19, 2008 7:00 pm
Uptown Theater, 1320 Lagoon Avenue, Minneapolis
The new film, Battle in Seattle, includes some of the history of the labor movement, and is being released nationwide on September 19th.

Please join the Labor Education Service (LES) and the Minnesota Fair Trade Coalition for a showing at the Uptown Theater in Minneapolis.

Directly following the film, LES and the Minnesota Fair Trade Coalition will convene an activist panel discussion around the corner at the Common Roots Cafe, 2558 Lyndale Avenue South, in Minneapols.

Labor and community leaders who participated in the World Trade Organization protests in Seattle, as well as Miami at the FTAA protests, will participate. Everyone is welcome.
